Changemakers support and create social, cultural, political and economic change within their communities. Young people have the opportunity to accredit their work on social action projects through UK Youth Achievement Awards (Bronze and/or Silver level).
Changemakers have:

+ Grown awareness of community issues
+ Created campaigns to improve local policies (like High 5 Campaign to improve mental health provision in schools)
+ Volunteered time to help local charities (like gardening at Acorns Children’s Hospice)
